Aprés Winter Park is an adaptive reuse of an existing commercial building in downtown Winter Park that once housed Winter Park's only movie theater and a popular night club. In Phase I, MA Studios converted 75 percent of the existing commercial space and added seven residential for-sale units. It is also designed four more lower-level workforce housing units slated to be built. The building still accommodates several popular businesses in Winter Park, including restaurants and a Conoco station. The original exterior of the building was in need of a full update to bring this commercial building into what is now an icon of downtown Winter Park's mixed-use architecture. MA Studios also designed Phase II of the project, a second building with more for-sale residential units.
